Certification Details
- MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse responsible for patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
- Demonstrates critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership for safe care delivery.
- Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education.
- Delegates patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
- Provides direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
- Float pool position requiring willingness to float between departments and four facilities: Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita.
Job Details
- Arizona nursing license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty required.
- Cerner EMR experience required.
Job Requirements
- Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 3 twelve-hour shifts per week.
- Work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule.
- 36 hours per week.
- 48-hour guarantee considered.
Schedule Information
- Float pool position requiring flexibility to work across multiple departments and facilities.
- Patient to nurse ratio: 6:1.
- Scrub color: Any color.
Unit Specific Information
- Years of experience in specialty: 2.
