IOP Program Therapist - CLEVELAND

The Program Therapist is a qualified mental health professional who provides quality patient care, is skilled in group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy techniques. The therapist is responsible for case management that includes but not limited to treatment planning, discharge planning, and assisting patient with community resources. The therapist is a member of a multi disciplinary team and expected to work with other team members to assist patients in achieving maximum benefit of treatment.

Therapist must one of the following Licensures: MSW, LCSW, LMSW, NCC or LPC

Experience: One year of clinical experience desired. Equivalent
