Housekeeper Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Were looking for someone who can clean our apartment at least once a month. Weekdays in the afternoon are our preferred times, around 3:00 p.m. or after. We have no pets. The apartment is fully carpeted so we do need the carpets vacuumed, and the bedsheets changed in both bedrooms, as part of the cleaning. The kitchen has vinyl tiling and both bathrooms are tiled with regular tiles. The kitchen would need to be mopped with gentle cleaner as to not damage the vinyl flooring.
