Account Executive

Schedule: Generally Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with occasional evenings, early mornings, and weekends for events or meetings.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building strong, informed relationships with physicians, long-term care facilities, healthcare providers, and community organizations to grow referrals for hospice, palliative care, and LifeCare Memory Partners.
• Serving as a trusted resource to referral partners and the community, educating them on LCFL’s programs and services.
• Engaging with the broader community—faith organizations, civic groups, agencies, and neighborhoods—to promote awareness and understanding of our mission.
• Identifying barriers to service in your territory and partnering with internal teams to find and implement solutions.
• Tracking and analyzing referral and admission patterns to inform your marketing and engagement strategies.
• Executing targeted business development activities, including calls, presentations, facility visits, and community involvement.
• Influencing growth in patient census, length of stay, and referral volume by meeting individual goals and territory strategies.
• Supporting the execution of the LCFL Marketing & Engagement Plan.
• Representing LCFL with professionalism, positivity, and alignment with our mission, vision, and values.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: At least 3 years in hospice, home care, marketing, public affairs, community relations, or hospital liaison work.
• Skills & Strengths:
  • Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and skilled at building rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to present information clearly and effectively in both one-on-one and group settings.
  • Comfortable with basic technology and documentation.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to move freely, work a full day, and participate in occasional after-hours events.
• Other Requirements: Must have reliable transportation and meet the Safe Driver Policy standards.
