Physical Therapist (PT) – SNF
Location: Medina & Trenton, TN

MedAdventures is looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team serving residents in Medina and Trenton, Tennessee. This is a great opportunity to work with older adults in a supportive, patient-centered environment where your clinical skills directly impact residents’ quality of life.
You’ll be part of a collaborative rehab team focused on helping individuals improve mobility, regain independence, and achieve personal goals.

- Active Tennessee PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- SNF experience preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
