Medical Assistant – Short-Term Clinic Assignment
Locations: Santa Rosa, CA
Pay: $24–$25/hour
Schedule: 9/29 or 9/30 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Temporary | 1 day commitment

We are hiring dependable and experienced Medical Assistants to support short-term occupational health screening clinics. This is a hands-on, collaborative role ideal for professionals who thrive in organized, team-based environments.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years of professional recent experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting
Prior experience in occupational health, urgent care, or outpatient settings
BLS Certification
TB Test and Physical (completed within the past 12 months)
Strong multitasking skills and a team-oriented mindset
Drug Test and Background will be completed before starting

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and documentation
Provide both clinical and front desk support
Maintain EMR documentation, scan forms, and support general administrative needs
Ensure clinic flow is smooth and efficient while upholding HIPAA and safety standards
