After School Councelor

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as After School Coaches at Moultrie’s BEST After School Program. As an After School Coach, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, structured, and engaging environment where children can thrive after school. From school pickup to fun activities on campus, you'll help make each afternoon a positive and memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely pick up students from local schools and transport them back to our campus using company vehicles
• Supervise and engage students in games, enrichment activities, and structured play
• Lead age-appropriate recreational and educational activities that promote teamwork, focus, and respect
• Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times
• Assist with daily operations such as check-in/check-out, snack time, and classroom transitions
• Support students in developing social, emotional, and behavioral skills in a positive manner
• Create an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere where every child feels valued and respected
• Communicate effectively with other coaches and leadership to coordinate daily plans

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for insurance purposes)
• Experience working with children (after school programs, tutoring, coaching, babysitting, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both children and adults
• Comfortable leading and managing groups of children in an energetic setting
• Positive, patient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Experience with behavior management or special education is a plus
