Marketplace support specialist

Key Duties:

 Serving as the face of the company to internal & external partners

 High volume inbound and outbound calls entire shift

 Account maintenance- entering sales orders

 Developing & maintaining relationships with key clients

 Innovative problem solver, you don't accept no and will do whatever it takes to

solve a problem for the customer

 Respond to customer open tickets to resolve too satisfactory

 Complete claim forms for customer

 Work in omnichannel platforms to complete critical tasks with customer orders

Must Have:

 Tech Savvy- Computer systems (WMS- multiple screens- data entry- Order

research)

 Great Communication Skills

 High account handling, open and scout for new automotive business accounts

 Complete sales and purchase orders

 High computer skills, navigate multiple screens, high phone calls/emails

 Need attention to detail and passion for service and sales

 Returns, Ebay, Processing Data, Clerical platforms 

 2 years' experience

Schedule:

 8 Hour Shift 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

 Day shift

 Monday to Friday

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
