As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, managing their policies and ensuring their complete satisfaction. You will also play a key role in growing our business by proactively identifying new opportunities and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling policy inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Sales & Growth: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients and actively pursue new business.

• Administrative Duties: Prepare quotes, manage policy renewals, process paperwork, and maintain accurate client records.

• Problem Resolution: Act as a client advocate to resolve billing, claims, or policy-related issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• A passion for sales and a desire to meet and exceed targets.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is highly preferred.

• Relevant state insurance licenses (or a willingness to obtain them) are required.
