Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Core Responsibilities
- Conduct physical exams, preventive screenings, and annual wellness visits
- Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans
- Order, interpret, and follow up on labs, imaging, and other diagnostic tests
- Educate patients on prevention, medication adherence, and chronic care management
- Coordinate care with specialists and ensure follow-up is completed
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR
- Contribute to clinic quality improvement efforts and team-based initiatives
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (Puerto Rico programs not accepted)
- Active, unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license
- DEA registration or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
- Experience in outpatient primary care preferred
- Strong communication skills and sound clinical judgment
