The Role

We are seeking a polished and motivated Sales & Design Consultant to join our team. This is not just retail—it’s about building relationships, guiding clients through design choices, and creating elevated living spaces.

What You’ll Do

• Engage customers with a warm, professional approach in a high-end retail setting
• Guide clients through furniture and design solutions tailored to their lifestyle
• Build long-term relationships with clients, designers, and local professionals
• Collaborate with our design-driven team to create an inspiring showroom experience
• Maintain strong product knowledge across luxury furniture lines

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in sales (luxury retail, design, furniture, or related field preferred)
• A passion for design, style, and helping clients create beautiful homes
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, polished presence suitable for high-end clientele
• Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to grow with an expanding brand
