Join our team as a Mechanic, where you will be entrusted with the repair and maintenance of our fleet of vehicles and equipment. This role requires a high level of expertise, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety. You will be a key player in our operations, ensuring our vehicles and equipment are in top condition and ready for action. Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, rebuild, and repair vehicles and equipment.
  • Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
  • Prepare and maintain records and reports.
  • Work varying shifts, weekends as needed.
  • Diagnose problems and make repairs in the field on a needed basis.
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in heavy duty trucks/vehicle/construction equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Considerable knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and techniques used in vehicle and equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical design and fabrication, and electrical systems, including computerized induction/ignition systems.
  • Ability to use power and hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and perform acetylene and electric arc welding.
  • Expertise with electrical, hydraulic systems, power systems and equipment diagnosis. 
  • Ability to lift various objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $60,000 ($28/hr) - $72,800 ($35/hr) DOE.
