Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available for the upcoming school year in Dover, DE. This contract position is based in a school setting, providing services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade across 2-3 locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs tailored to meet student needs.
  • Collaborate with educational teams, including occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and physical therapists.
  • Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing to goal setting and progress monitoring.
  • Utilize mastery of IEP goals to drive effective behavioral interventions and supports.

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree level education.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Active Delaware licensure as a BCBA.
  • Experience working within school settings and knowledge of IEP processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
