Job Description:
• Provide nursing care in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit
• Work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a 3x12 schedule
• Perform patient assessments, telemetry monitoring, medication administration, and ongoing patient care
• Monitor and manage patients with a variety of medical and cardiac conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse experience required
• 1 year of specialty clinical experience preferred
• Must hold an active North Carolina RN license or Compact State RN license
• Required certification: BLS (American Heart Association or client)
• Maintain accurate documentation and effective communication regarding patient care
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and telemetry monitoring skills required
