Companion Care Needed

I'm looking for hands-on care for my mother with Parkinson's disease in her 60s. Assistance with medication is needed. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. There is a possibility she may need helpy with bathing. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. We might ask you to run errands now and then. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and CPR / first-aid trained. It would be great if you had references and credentials. We need someone who has a balance of patience, compassion, and an ability to bring a positive impact to a situation that can be challenging at times.
