YES, LLC. is a leading electrical and construction contractor serving the industrial, oil & gas, energy, and commercial sectors. With active projects across the Dakotas and Montana, we are known for delivering high-quality work, safely and efficiently.
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead electrical and construction projects across North Dakota, South Dakota, and Montana. This role requires a collaborative leader who works closely with field personnel, estimators, and operations management to ensure successful project execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee all phases of construction and electrical projects
· Coordinate daily with project foremen, superintendents, and field crews to ensure work is progressing safely and on schedule
· Collaborate with the estimating team on bids, budgets, and project planning
· Partner with operations management to align project goals with company strategy and resources
· Monitor costs, schedules, materials, and labor for efficiency and profitability
· Manage client communications, job meetings, and project updates
· Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations
· Handle all required project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeouts
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of project management experience in construction or electrical contracting
· Strong background in industrial, oil & gas, energy, or large-scale commercial projects
· Effective communicator and team leader with experience managing foremen and field teams
· Proficient in construction management software and scheduling tools
· Experience working with estimating and operations departments
· Willingness to travel to project sites throughout ND, SD, and MT
· OSHA 30 and PMP certification preferred
· Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Compensation & Benefits:
· $150,000 to $200,000 annually, depending on experience
