P.J. Fitzpatrick, a leading home improvement company and exclusive dealer of Jacuzzi Baths, is seeking a motivated Bath Apprentice to join our team. As a Bath Apprentice, you will work alongside skilled installers to learn the art of bath and shower installations, specifically focusing on acrylic baths. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the home remodeling industry while contributing to beautiful bathroom transformations.

Pay: Starting at $17.50 - $22 per hour, with potential for monthly bonuses!

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays available for overtime.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• A strong desire to learn and develop skills in bathroom remodeling.
• No prior experience necessary; however, familiarity with construction or tools is a plus.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 75 lbs and perform manual labor.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and protocols.
• Availability for overtime and occasional weekend work as needed.

Training: All training will be conducted in the New Castle, DE office. We will cover for transportation and hotel fee's as well as provide per diem for food!
