St. Luke’s holds a Commission on Cancer (CoC) cancer program accreditation - this is a quality program of the American College of Surgeons which demonstrates a cancer program’s commitment to providing high-quality, multidisciplinary, patient-centered cancer care. **What you can expect from this role** We're looking for a **Nurse Navigator** to join our **Clinical Oncology** team and support our **Fruitland** & **Nampa** clinic locations. The Nurse Navigator serves as a patient advocate and liaison, guiding individuals and families through the complexities of cancer care. This role is essential in ensuring timely access to care, coordinating multidisciplinary services, and providing education and emotional support throughout the cancer journey. + Assess barriers to oncology care and offers support, care coordination, guidance and education for patients and families with a new diagnosis of cancer + Work closely with our providers, primary RNs, and scheduling team + Focus on navigating patients with solid tumor diagnosis + Partner with another Nurse Navigator to cover the 2 clinic locations + Part-time (0.6 FTE) | 48 hours per pay period + Schedule: 3 days a week x 8-hour shifts (Days TBD) + No nights, weekends, or St. Luke’s observed holidays + Hybrid option + **_Sign-on bonus eligible for new hires!_** + Certification pay eligible (ex.
