This hybrid role combines inventory control with outlet coordination, ensuring our venues are supplied, organized, and prepared for daily service. The Famp;B Coordinator also provides light administrative support, assisting management with basic recordkeeping and communication. confirm accuracy against invoices.nbsp;/p /li /ul ul li pOrganize, rotate (FIFO), and stock supplies across multiple outlets.nbsp;/p /li /ul ul li pAssist with routine inventory counts and help maintain accurate records.nbsp;/p /li /ul ul li pCommunicate shortages, discrepancies, and supply needs to Famp;B management.nbsp;/p /li /ul ul li pOperate equipment (pallet jacks, dollies, carts) safely.nbsp;/p /li /ul pOperational Supportnbsp;/p ul li pCoordinate daily supply runs and distribution of product to outlets.nbsp;/p /li /ul ul li pSupport managers in preparing outlets for service (stocking, set-up, cleaning).nbsp;/p /li /ul ul li pServe as point of contact for outlet staff regarding supply needs or replenishments.nbsp;/p /li /ul ul li pHelp ensure service areas remain clean, safe, and compliant with health codes.nbsp;/p /li /ul ul li pStep in to provide occasional guest or staff support during peak periods.nbsp;/p /li /ul pAdministrative Assistancenbsp;/p ul li pAssist with filing invoices, tracking orders, and updating inventory logs.nbsp;/p /li /ul ul li pProvide support for scheduling, communication, and team coordination as needed.nbsp;/p /li /ul ul li pContribute to preparation of basic Famp;B reports (stock usage, order requests).nbsp;/p /li /ul pCompliance amp;
