This position requires strict adherence to GMP, sanitation, safety, timekeeping and personal conduct rules. /p p /p pstrongemJob Responsibilities:/em/strong/p ul liemUtilize crane system including set up, hand controls, moving of forms, proper loading/unloading of forms while monitoring cables to prevent twisting and pinching/em/li liemSetup and use of Grinder and Cutter including carriage/harp/basket along with knowledge of daily schedule; proper insertion of product and forms as needed/em/li liemCheese recovery including scraping bottom of pallets and pans for brown process tubs/em/li liemKnowledge of color code system used for processing cheese including cheese type specifics for production/em/li liemStrict adherence to GMPs; /ememKeep area clean /em/li liemStrict adherence to Safety/PPE protocols and procedures; reporting unsafe conditions to plant management/em/li /ul ul liemAccurate recordkeeping and line specific paperwork/em/li /ul p /p pstrongemRequired Skills/Abilities: /em/strong/p ul liemStrong listening skills and ask questions to understand instructions for work-related activities/em/li liemTakes initiative to complete tasks along with a continuous improvement mindset/em/li liemWorks as a team with positive attitude and behaviors /em/li liemVerbal and written communication skills; including ability to read, understand and follow written procedures (SOPs)/em/li liemFlexibility in job roles, assisting team mates along with covering breaks when needed to meet business needs/em/li liemMeet physical demands of role, Honest and high level of Integrity, high degree of personal hygiene per GMPs, dependable attendance to meet business demands/em/li /ul p /p pstrongemEducation and Experience:/em/strong/p pemHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.
