Clean hallways and remove trash while providing great customer service. Work in a fast and efficient manner./ppbr//ppbr//ppbr//ppstrongResponsibilities include but are not limited to:/strong/pulliFollow all company and department policies and procedures and Maverick Cleaning and Sanitation Guidelines./liliStock linens, strip and make beds./liliAssist housekeepers with the upkeep of supplies and removal of trash./liliAssist in cleaning as requested./liliClean restrooms and replace and maintain paper products as required./liliUse correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces, according to Osha regulations and hotel requirements./liliClean and maintain hotel hallways, stairwells, and elevators./liliWipe/clean/vacuum luggage carts./liliClean Guest Laundry as needed./liliCommunicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner. Handle guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction./liliEnsure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests; turn over any lost and found items from guest rooms to supervisor./liliMaintain knowledge of hotel fire and emergency procedures./liliInspect rooms for safety hazards and for the operating condition of equipment. Report any damages or maintenance problems to Housekeeping Supervisor./liliAdhere to Lost and Found policy including key control./liliFollow cleaning schedules and procedures to meet high standards of cleanliness and sanitation/liliCorrectly collects, transports, and properly stores or disposes of trash, soiled linens, and biohazardous waste according to facility and departmental policy and procedure/liliMaintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition/liliReport any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor/liliAdhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines at all times/liliPerform related and/or other duties as required./li/ulpbr//ppbr//ppRequirements/ppbr//pp• Experience in hospitality industry in similar position desired./pp• Familiarity with general building cleaning./pp• Must be detail-oriented with good organization skills./pp• Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment as well as cleaning techniques./pp• Frequent lifting and pushing of supplies/equipment./pp• Exceptional guest service skills required./pp• Able to work independently and follow instructions regarding priorities of tasks./pp• Must be punctual and have regular and reliable attendance./pp• Ability to follow all of Maverick Gaming standards policies and procedures./pp• Able to communicate effectively./ppbr//ppbr//ppstrongMaverick Gaming™, /strongbased in Kirkland, Washington, is a young gaming company with over 3,000 dedicated team members.
