The Retail Sales Associate is involved in all areas of The Shop’s soft goods, hard goods, and accessories. They are responsible for providing a premier shopping experience for guests./ppbr//ppstrongJob Responsibilities and Duties:/strong/pulliDevelop a knowledge of all shop merchandise to better identify and serve guests needs.nbsp;/liliAccurately operate POS systems for retail transactions./liliAssist in the monitoring and control of all inventory of merchandise./liliProactively address all customer needs and questions./liliPerform various shop maintenance and housekeeping duties./liliMaintain knowledge of the ski area, programs, events, daily snow conditions and any other information that aids in your communication with our guests.nbsp;/li/ulpbr//ppbr//ppRequirements/ppstrongJob Qualifications:/strong/pulliMust be comfortable interacting with both staff and guests in a friendly and helpful manner./liliMust be able to handle a stressful, noisy and crowded work environment./liliMust maintain a clean and professional appearance./liliHave knowledge of retail sales./liliHave sufficient math skills./liliMust be able to use basic computer systems and POS software./liliMust be able to stand for the entire work shift./li/ulpstrongPhysical Requirements:/strong/pulliAbility to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds./liliAbility to stand and walk for up to 10 hours./liliAbility to stand and walk on uneven terrain, including snow and ice covered surfaces./liliAbility to climb stairs and ladders./liliAbility to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach regularly./li/ulpbr//ppstrongWork Schedule and Conditions:/strong We are in the business of providing a premier product and guest experience.
