pDescription/ppstrongOverview of Position: /strongThe Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing support on a day-to-day basis to the HR team, ensuring the overall success of the HR team and Windham Mountain Club team members. The HR Coordinator supports the Director of HR, Assistant HR Manager and Staff Housing Assistant in providing HR support to managers and staff within the organization. This position requires extreme confidentiality and professionalism./ppbr//ppstrongJob Responsibilities and Duties:/strong/pullistrongHuman Resources/strong/liliGreet team members, applicants and visitors to the Fox Den offices./liliManage phone and email communications, providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries, redirecting calls as necessary./liliRepresent the HR team in a professional manner at all times, providing information and guidance to team members as needed./liliManage training and orientation schedules and assist with execution of training and orientation events./liliManage applicant interview schedules as needed./liliEnsure Workers’ Compensation claims are reported promptly and notices are completed timely./liliEnsure the WMC permitted driver list is updated and accurate when new team members join or when they leave./liliAssist with the planning, preparation, and execution of employee events./liliParticipate in high school and community recruiting and career fair events./liliMaintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to dress code at all times./liliOther administrative duties as required/liliBe reliable and punctual and able to work weekends and holidays as needed./lilistrongTechnology/strong/liliServe as the expert user with the HRIS system to assist team members with managing their self-service accounts and trouble-shooting access issues./liliMaintain accurate and confidential team member records in the Paylocity HR System./liliRun regular reports as needed./lilistrongUniforms/strong/liliMaintain strong familiarity with all department uniforms./liliResponsible for managing the ordering, inventory and maintenance of team member uniforms/lilistrongHousing/strong/liliEnsure staff housing agreement files are complete and completion of agreements executed timely./liliMaintain records on all aspects of housing activity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Submit required reports on at least a monthly basis/li/ulpRequirements/ppstrongJob Qualifications:/strong/pulliExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with team members, their family and guests./liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail./liliProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with HR systems preferred./liliProfessional demeanor with a welcoming and personable attitude./liliSelf-motivated and capable of working independently./liliAbility to handle confidential information with discretion./liliMust be willing to learn and adapt to change in a dynamic environment./lili2+ years’ experience in an administrative support role required; in HR strongly preferred./liliFamiliarity with New York State and Federal labor laws and issues preferred./liliValid drivers license and no driving violations on record./li/ulpstrongPhysical Requirements/strong/pulliAbility to lift and maneuver up to 30 pounds./liliAbility to sit, stand and walk for up to 8 hours./liliAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions./liliAbility to stand and walk on uneven terrain, including snow and ice covered surfaces./liliAbility to climb stairs and ladders./liliAbility to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach regularly./liliAbility to perform fine motor skills congruent with operating computers and smart phones./li/ulpbr//ppstrongWork Schedule and Conditions: /strongWe are in the business of providing exceptional experiences for our team members, members and guests.
