Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions./ppemCoordinates the daily operation of testing and assessment duties by maintaining and handling all related records, budgets, and communications./em/pul style="margin-bottom: 3pt;"liPerforms daily site opening/closing procedures./liliTakes ownership of all test center procedures and identifies areas of improvement./liliMaintains cleanliness of all test center equipment/furniture and promotes a professional testing center atmosphere for all users./liliMaintains daily testing schedules, records, and test files./liliMaintains inventory of assessments and testing materials./liliMaintains and files testing results, records correspondence and tests, and ensures record security./liliInterfaces with testing entities at the local, state, and national levels./liliHandles incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail./liliCollects examination fees, records financial transactions, and delivers financial deposits./liliCollects daily statistics./li/ulpemPromotes a secure testing environment while creating a positive learning experience for students./em/pul style="margin-bottom: 3pt;"liAdministers/monitors computer-based, Internet-based, and paper/pencil tests./liliChecks in candidates, verifies IDs and eligibility, explains exam procedures/test center rules, monitors examinees, and provides technical assistance during examination time./liliUtilizes professional proctoring procedures to support a secure testing environment.
