Community Hub Lead (Key Holder)

pFIGS is looking for a Full-Time Community Hub Lead (Key Holder). You will provide FIGS’ customers with an awesome and memorable in-store shopping experience, while also assisting with all aspects of store operations. This role will report directly to FIGS’ General Store Manager.nbsp;/p pstrongWhat You’ll Do:/strong/p pstrongCustomer Experience/strong/p ul liWelcome and engage customers in meaningful conversations about FIGS’ brand and mission./li liEducate customers on products, highlighting fabric, fit, and function./li liAssist customers with finding the right style, size, and color, suggesting complementary products./li liAnticipate customer needs and deliver an exceptional FIGS experience./li liSupport all cash wrap activities (purchases, returns, exchanges)./li /ul pstrongStore Operations/strong/p ul liAssist with opening and closing the store./li liMaintain store appearance: keep merchandise organized, sales floor stocked, and store clean./li liParticipate in inventory management—from cycle counts to sharing replenishment insights./li liTrack sales to ensure daily goals are met./li liSupport planning and execution of in-store events and initiatives./li /ul pstrongLeadership amp; Oversight/strong/p ul listrongTeam Support: /strongTrain, coach, and mentor new and existing team members, providing real-time feedback and fostering a culture of growth and positivity./li listrongOperational Oversight:/strong Serve as Manager-on-Duty when the Store Manager or ASM is not present, ensuring smooth operations and timely problem-solving./li listrongSafety amp; Security:/strong Uphold all safety, loss prevention, and cash-handling procedures while maintaining compliance with company policies./li listrongReporting amp; Communication:/strong Provide store leadership and HQ with feedback on sales trends, customer insights, and operational needs./li /ul pstrongQualifications:/strong/p ul li2+ years of retail sales experience./li liFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidays./li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills./li liFluency in English required; conversational Spanish a plus./li liBasic retail math and computer skills; Shopify POS experience a plus./li liAttention to detail and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment./li liAll employees are expected to be available to work “Black Friday” (the day after US Thanksgiving) and from the second week of December (the start of the second week in period 11) until the end of the holiday season, to be defined each year based in part on the time period guests are permitted to return holiday merchandise, on an annual basis/li /ul pstrongOther must haves:/strong/p ul liKnows how to have fun and boost positive vibesnbsp;/li liComfortable in a fast-paced, ever changing environmentnbsp;/li liEmbodies FIGS brand ethos through and through/li /ul pstrongFIGS Compensation and Benefits/strong/p pemPay Range/em/p ul lispan style="font-weight: 400;"At FIGS, your hourly rate is one part of your total compensation package.
