We are looking for dedicated, caring and compassionate people to work in our Residential/Outpatient Treatment Facilities and Community Programs./strong/p pstrongResidential Life Associate (Per Diem)/strong/p ul liYou must be flexible to work varied shifts including day, evening, overnight and/or weekends./li liMust be willing to travel to programs to work needed hours./li /ul pstrongLocation:/strong Paterson and Passaic NJ/p pstrongRegular Salary: /strong$16.00-$17.00/Hr/p pstrongJob Summary:/strong/p pProvide supervision, support and direction to residential addiction treatment clients, while maintaining a safe, disciplined and caring environment on the unit and in all other venues in which clients are present./p pstrongPosition Specific Duties and Responsibilities:/strong/p pClient Supervision and Support/p pProvide direct supervision and support to clients on unit./p pMaintain high visibility in client areas to provide structure and supervision./p pAssist/supervise clients in maintaining the safety and cleanliness of the facility./p pAssist clients in attaining internal structure by strictly following established schedule./p pKnow the names of all clients on the unit and their room assignments./p pIntroduce self to all new clients on their first day on the unit and inform them of your role on the unit and the times you will be present./p pComplete rounds of unit every 30 minutes and ensure that all clients are accounted for./p pEnsure a one (1) staff per twenty-four (24) client ratio during waking hours and one (1) staff per thirty (30) during sleeping hours, and two staff members at all times./p pstrongBenefits:/strong/p pFor full time positions, we offer medical, vision, dental, life and supplemental life insurance. We participate in employee discount programs such as the Working Advantage program./p pstrongQualifications:/strong/p p30 CADC Credits/Recovery Specialist or High School Diploma with one (1) year relevant experience working in the field of Addiction and Mental Health. Have and/or maintain CPR/First Aid certification or achieve CPR/First Aid certification within thirty (30) days from the date of hire. Valid driver�s license from the state of residence and a clear driving record.
