This person will specialize in supporting our vast closet solutions.nbsp; This position is also responsible for ensuring that excellent standards of service and high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained. The Customer Service Representative will report directly to the Operations Manager.nbsp;/pulliAnswer phone calls from customers placing orders as well as provide sales quotes/liliWork closely alongside outside sales representatives with customer orders and quotes/liliAssist walk-in customers in the showroom with questions and order placement/liliSolicit new or complimentary sales for customers via phone as well as face-to-face in the showroom/liliResearch product solutions for customers to solve field-project issues/liliHours of operation are Monday to Friday, day shift only.nbsp;/liliThis position may require lifting/pushing/carrying items up to or more than 50 pounds, working around fumes, airborne particles, or toxic chemicals/li/ulpstrongWhat We Are Looking For/strong/pulliExperience providing customer service by phone or in-person, sitting at a desk for long periods of time/liliKnowledge, or curiosity with the ability to learn, about interior design, cabinetry, millwork, kitchen and bath design, or closets/liliGood general math ability; comfortable and adept at working with nprecise numbers and calculations/liliExcellent communication skills, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor with all customers/liliThorough and committed to providing top-quality service to Richelieu customers, in accordance with our first core value: Customer Focus/liliHighly desired - fluency in Spanish to assist with our bilingual customers/liliAS400 (database) experience is preferred but not mandatory/liliHigh school graduate or equivalent required; additional college or educational courses may be helpful/liliProficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks/li/ulpstrongCompensation and Benefits/strong/pulliCompetitive market-based hourly pay rate of $21.63 an hour/liliGroup insurance program (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, etc.)/liliEmployee Stock Purchase Plan with employer matching/lili401(K)nbsp;with employer matching/liliPaid vacation, sick days, and holidaysnbsp;/li/ulpnbsp;/p /div div id="how_to_apply" a href="https://richelieu.recruiterbox.com/jobs/fk0pko1/?apply=true"Apply to this job/a /div
