To show respect to everyone at all times./ppbr//ppstrongJob Responsibilities:/strong/ppstrong1. /strongAccurately documents history, chief complaint, current medications, B/P, temperature and pulse of patients. Assists in implementing the patient's plan of care; accurately documenting interventions and patients response, following established protocols./pp2. Assists the Physician or Nurse Practitioner in assessing the patient's physical and psychosocial status. Assists the Physician or Nurse Practitioner with the treatment of patients, appropriate documentation and follow-up for referrals./pp3. Complies with the scope of LPN Practice and Clinic policy in the delivery of direct patient care. Provides for patient and family learning needs and documents appropriately. Intervenes appropriately in emergency situations./pp4fe Responsible for timely response to patient requests to include, but not limited to: medication refills, laboratory/x-ray reports, medical form completions./pp5. Functions in collaboration with the Physician/Nurse Practitioner in treatment, procedures, utilization of equipment and adherence to established clinic policies and protocols./pp6.
