This position provides students and faculty drop-in software support and assistance with video production, graphic design, photo editing, audio production, 3D rendering and printing, and basic computer literacy to users at all skill levels. The Media Technician supervises the HMGMC student employees and directly oversees student employee hardware, software and customer service training and evaluation. The Media Technician may assist with joint activities in collaboration with other university departments hosted in the HMGMC.
