The Bar Supervisor will be responsible for leading the bar team, ensuring exceptional service, maintaining beverage quality, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Ensure that all drinks are made according to established recipes and quality standards.nbsp;nbsp;/p /li /ul pInventory amp; Stock Managementnbsp;nbsp;/p ul li pManage outlet inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and conducting regular inventory checks. Ensure the bar is always fully stocked with necessary items.nbsp;nbsp;/p /li /ul pCompliancenbsp;nbsp;/p ul li pEnsure adherence to all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol. This includes verifying guest IDs and ensuring responsible alcohol service practices are followed.nbsp;nbsp;/p /li /ul pStaff Trainingnbsp;nbsp;/p ul li pProvide ongoing training to bar staff on mixology, customer service, and safety procedures.
