pThe Capture Center Specialist participates in all assigned activities pertaining to scanning, matching and attaching EOR and bill to be returned to the client and responding to phone calls from the providers. The participant will handle all incoming mail and faxes. The participant is also responsible for making sure that the bills are returned to the client within a timely manner and understanding how to communicate with the supervisor any delays that would prevent the work from being returned in a timely manner. The participants are responsible for working as a team and assisting each other when required to make sure the goals are met or achieved. To successfully accomplish these responsibilities the Capture Center Specialist will work closely with the analyst and supervisor./p pThis is a remote role./p pstrongESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS RESPONSIBILITIES:/strong/p ul liIdentifying and indexing all incoming faxes to the appropriate file, on a daily and timely basis/li liScans paper documents and completes imaging process/li liFollows document destruction procedures/li liAdheres to HIPPA and other sensitive data regulations, policies, and procedures/li liProcess information by compiling, coding, categorizing, and verifying information and data/li liPhotocopying of original two-sided documents to covert to one sided documents/li liOpens and sorts incoming paper mail/li liIdentify and classify documents or other electronic content according to characteristics such as document type, function, or other classification/li liRetrieves images/li liOperates data capture equipment safely/li liOperates data capture technology to import digitized documents into document management system/li liSearch electronic sources, such as databases or repositories, or manual sources for information/li liFollow clearly established and defined procedures and know when to escalate for higher review/li liChallenges include complete high volumes of work while meeting quality, productivity, and timeliness standards/li liAdditional duties as required/li /ul p /p pstrongKNOWLEDGE SKILLS:/strong/p ul liExcellent written and verbal communication     /li liIntermediate Microsoft Office suite skills/li liAbility to work independently and in a team environment/li liAttention to detail, organizational ability, and time management skills/li liLearning agility: able to learn, adapt, unlearn, and relearn to keep up with changing conditions/li /ul p /p pstrongEDUCATION EXPERIENCE:/strong/p ul liHigh school diploma or GED/li liSix months experience in a service type office or customer service preferred/li liFor Document Control department: valid driver’s license and clear DMV background check/li liFor Intracompany Services department: comfort making regular outbound business phone calls to administrative professionals for provider demographics verification/li /ul p /p pstrongPAY RANGE:/strong/p pCorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location.  Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors:  federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions.  Our ranges may be modified at any time./p pFor leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.  The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process./p pPay Range: $13.08 - $22.89 per hour/p pA list of our benefit offerings can be found on our CorVel website: a href="https://www.corvel.com/company/careers/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"CorVel Careers | Opportunities in Risk Management/a/p pIn general, our opportunities will be posted for up to 1 year from date of posting, or until we have selected candidate(s) to fulfill the opening, whichever comes first./p p /p pstrongABOUT CORVEL/strong/p pCorVel, a span style="color: black;"certified Great Place to Work® Company,/span is a national provider of industry-leading risk management solutions for the workers’ compensation, auto, health and disability management industries.   CorVel was founded in 1987 and has been publicly traded on the NASDAQ stock exchange since 1991.
