Interns work cross-functionally across departments, gaining insights into the entire engineering and manufacturing lifecycle./p pExpect to:/p ul liLead 1–2 key projects focused on real customer needs or internal process improvements/li liDesign, test, and validate new components or systems/li liConduct root cause analysis on quality or field issues/li liResearch and prototype new materials or product features/li liParticipate in and contribute to daily engineering team operations/li /ul pstrongSample Projects May Include:/strong/p ul liDesigning custom test equipment for a new valve product/li liTroubleshooting supplier or customer feedback issues/li liAnalyzing the performance of Bray vs. competitor products/li liAssisting in prototype development and overseeing validation testing/li /ul pstrongWho You Are:/strong/p ul liA sophomore or junior pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering/li liA strong communicator with a positive attitude, eager to collaborate across teams/li liCurious, driven, and not afraid to ask questions or challenge the status quo/li liAdaptable and eager to contribute wherever needed/li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills/li liGPA of 3.5 or higher preferred/li liPrevious internship or hands-on experience is a plus/li liLeadership experience in clubs, teams, or projects is valued/li /ul pstrongWhy It Matters:/strongbr /At Bray, you’ll do meaningful work from day one.
