div div!--block--The Dispensary Agent is a key team member at our dispensary and is responsible for providing unique customer service experiences, educational consulting, and in some cases patient record management/div/div h2The daily grind:/h2 divulli!--block--Greet customers and patients with a smile and positive attitude./lili!--block--Assist customers and patients navigate through their cannabis education journey./lili!--block--Build lasting relationships with regular patients/customers to promote regular store visits./lili!--block--Partner with team members in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment./lili!--block--Provide patients and customers alike with information on types, methods, and efficacy of various cannabis products (we do not provide medical advice)./lili!--block--Continue on-going cannabis education and training./lili!--block--Provide support to managers and other Dispensary Agents as needed./lili!--block--Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation/store front./lili!--block--Review online orders to ensure accuracy before pick-up./lili!--block--Understand and apply detailed compliance regulations as required by local and state laws./lili!--block--Stock, merchandise, and replenish displays of regulated and unregulated inventory./lili!--block--Process transactions at the POS and ensure the state monitored inventory system (METRC) accurately updates the amount of product available./lili!--block--Expected to be to work all scheduled workdays, during scheduled hours and report to work on time./li/ul/div h2Qualifications/h2 divulli!--block--High School Diploma or equivalent./lili!--block--1-2 years of retail or hospitality (customer-facing) experience./lili!--block--Must be 21 years of age and able to register as a cannabis agent with the state./lili!--block--Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds unassisted, stand and walk in excess of 5+ hours per day./lili!--block--Ability to squat, kneel, bend over, and reach with little or no assistance./lili!--block--Comfortable working in a demanding high-volume, fast-paced retail environment./lili!--block--Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes, and product application/consumption methods./lili!--block--Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software i.e. Word, Excel, email, etc./lili!--block--Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations./li/uldiv!--block--br/divdiv!--block--br/div/div h2Benefits/h2 divulli!--block--Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits/lili!--block--Paid Time Off/lili!--block--Relaxed/Casual Dress Code/lili!--block--Life Insurance/lili!--block--Short amp; Long Term Disability/lili!--block--Employee Assistance Program/lili!--block--Company Discount/li/uldiv!--block--br/div/div
