Maintenance Technician-3rd Shift - Full-time

pbSHIFT DETAILS:/b/pullibMonday -Friday 10:00pm-7:00am u(Will be required to work every other weekend)/u/b/lilibPay Rate-$31.50/b/lilibBenefits available Day One/b/lilibOn the job training/b/lilibReferral Bonus/b/li/ulpbPRIMARY FUNCTION:/b The Maintenance Mechanic performs preventative, maintenance, and repairs of large manufacturing equipment (hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, etc.)./pp/ppbRESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:         /b/pulliPerform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines, including cleaning, oiling, lubricating, changing belts machinery as necessary to ensure machines are in optimal working condition/liliIdentify root cause of unexpected breakdowns of machines; repair quickly and efficiently to decrease downtime for machine/liliRecord and report damaged, worn, or broken parts, ordering and installing replacement parts for machines as needed/liliPrepare reports documenting work performed./liliClean, organize, inventory, stock, and otherwise maintains shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies as needed/liliCoordinate with managers to schedule regular maintenance on machines./liliCollaborate with department heads regarding new products being added and modifications that will be required/liliMake necessary modifications and implements tests runs; confers with product manager regarding test results and makes additional alterations to machinery as required/liliIdentify opportunities for improvement, present to appropriate leader, and implement, lead or participate in solution implementation/liliWear personal protective equipment (PPE) in all areas where mandatory helping to promote a zero-accident culture/liliPerform additional relevant duties as assigned/li/ulp/ppbSUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:/b/pulliNone.
