It is essential for Auto Glass Technician to provide high-quality service and uphold CollisionRight standards for repair. Auto Glass Technicians should prioritize customer satisfaction and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in their work. /p p /p pstrongESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES/strongstrong: /strong/p ul liComply with safety protocols to guarantee a safe working environment./li liInspect auto glass components and determine the extent of damage and appropriate repair methods./li liAdequately remove and install glass without causing additional damage to the vehicle. /li liRepair minor damage such as cracks and chips in auto glass using the appropriate tools./li liCommunicate with customers on repair processes and provide the accurate estimate or work and time needed for satisfactory completion./li liStay updated on the latest technologies by obtaining relevant certifications and continuing education./li /ul pstrongQUALIFICATIONS/strongstrong: /strong/p ul liHigh School Diploma or GED preferred. /li liMust be at least 18 years of age. /li liMust have a valid state-issued driver�s license./li liAbility to read and understand instructions and estimates. /li liEffective verbal and written communication skills./li liAbility to safely lift and carry heavy glass pieces and equipment. /li liStrong understanding of automotive glass repair procedures./li liCapable of working independently or as part of a team. /li /ul p /p pemThis position description is intended to be dynamic and subject to change.
