Press Operator

Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in plastic products, is seeking a Press Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Press Operator

Location: Siren, WI

Pay Range:  $15/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

• Operate plastic injection molding machines following standard procedures
• Perform visual inspections on plastic components to ensure quality standards are met
• Package finished products according to packaging plans
• Maintain accurate production and inspection documentation
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, with plastic injection molding experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and memos in English
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude
