Subaru Service Director

Description of the role:

The Subaru Service Director at Mills Auto Group in Newnan, GA is responsible for overseeing all service operations for Subaru vehicles. This role requires strong leadership skills, customer service focus, and technical knowledge of Subaru vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Manage service department staff
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Oversee repair and maintenance operations
• Implement and maintain quality control standards
• Manage inventory and supplies

Requirements:

• Previous Subaru experience a plus
• Knowledge of CDK and Xtime a plus as well
• Prior experience in automotive service management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of Subaru vehicles and service procedures
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
