Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 23 years old
• At least 6 months of verifiable experience OTR with a tractor-trailer
• Generally good driving record
• No previous drug or alcohol violations
• Good communication and time management skills
• Refrigerated load experience a plus

We're looking for drivers who are willing and able to achieve the basic responsibilities:

• Long-haul (OTR) driving, operating in 48 states
• 2,000 - 3,000 miles per week
• Home every-other weekend
• Log hours according to DOT limits and regulations
• Meet pickup and delivery appointments
• Consistent communication with your dispatcher
• Maintain equipment, follow maintenance schedule
• Comply with DOT and FMCSA regulations and inspections

To help you accomplish your job responsibilities, we provide 24/7 support for our drivers including training and guidance from our dispatch, maintenance, and safety department.

Company Drivers - Earn per Mile
Tiered start rates per mile for previous equivalent experience (recent, relevant and verifiable). This is for empty and loaded miles between pickups and deliveries.
2+ years experience: $0.65 per mile
6 months to 1 year experience: $0.55 per mile

Extra-stops paid $50 per extra stop

Our Answer: Flexibility in running areas, working a full week, maximizing available hours on ELD, cooperation with dispatch.
All positions are paid bi-weekly
Loads are live load/unload and no-touch freight.
