Job Description

We’re seeking the right team member who will work to prepare a variety of hulls and small part molds while following specifications and issued instructions. This team member will wax the molds, prepare them for gel coating, place parting tools in proper operating order, ensure molds remain on schedule for the internal customers, transport molds, operate a forklift and maintain organization. Qualifications

• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment for eight hours or more

• Excellent time management, teamwork and communication skills

• Excellent organization skills

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne

particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements include eye protection, hearing protection,

gloves, protective suits, dusts masks and respirators.

• The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or

crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift

and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• Employees must be able to work a 10-hour shift or more in one work day including planned and

unplanned overtime.

• Exhibits ability to work cautiously but efficiently in potentially hazardous conditions.
