Description:

Behavioral Transformations is seeking Entry-Level ABA Therapists who are passionate about working with children diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities. No prior experience in ABA required — we provide 100% paid training to help you earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and start a rewarding career.

You'll work 1:1 with children to teach communication, daily living, and social skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. Most therapy is delivered in our clinics, with occasional in-home or community-based sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic-based setting

• Implement treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

• Collect data on client progress and behavior

• Support daily living, communication, and social skills goals

• Communicate session updates to parents and the supervisory team

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• Attend required training and staff meetings

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Passion for working with children and learning about autism

• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

• Ability to lift 20+ lbs. and perform physical tasks (kneeling, squatting, reaching, etc.)

• Flexible, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
