• Work day/night rotating schedule on orthopedic medical surgical unit
• Provide comprehensive nursing care for orthopedic patients
• Manage pre and post-operative patient care
• Monitor patient recovery and rehabilitation progress
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and interdisciplinary team members
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient assessments and care plans
• Educate patients and families on orthopedic care and recovery processes
