Summary:
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.

• Flexible per diem hours between Monday-Thursday 8AM-6:30PM and Friday 8AM-5PM
• This position is for our Comprehensive Addiction Medicine Program which is imbedded in our Family Medicine Practice
• Fully onsite in Norway, ME

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
