• Assist patients with inquiries related to referrals, insurance coverage, and scheduling.

• Verify insurance information to ensure coverage for requested services.
• Monitor and track pending authorizations and referrals to avoid delays in patient care.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, addressing concerns promptly.
