Job Description
A leading general contractor is seeking a Field Superintendent to oversee complex, high-volume construction projects in a mission-critical environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned construction leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes projects, with the ability to coordinate multiple scopes and drive safety, quality, and execution on site.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate day-to-day site activities across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP trades.
Drive short-interval planning and ensure alignment with master project schedules.
Enforce rigorous safety standards, conduct site audits, and lead daily coordination meetings.
Monitor quality, resolve constructability challenges, and support commissioning efforts.
5+ years of construction field supervision (3+ years in hyperscale or mission-critical projects preferred).
Strong knowledge of structural steel, large-scale MEP systems, utilities, and commissioning workflows.
OSHA 30 certification required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management/Engineering preferred.
Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and ability to interpret construction documents.
Location: Amarillo, TX (100% Onsite)
Salary: $109K – $145K (DOE)
Bonus: Individual + Company Bonuses, plus Stock Appreciation Units (SAUs)
Per Diem: $160/day non-taxable (boots-on-ground)
