Job Description
An industry-leading construction firm is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team in Amarillo, TX. This role offers the opportunity to support large-scale industrial and high-tech projects, working closely with project leads, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality execution. The position is 100% onsite and requires a balance of technical coordination and field engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily coordination between subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure schedule compliance.
Review and process RFIs, submittals, and change documents while maintaining accurate project documentation.
Interpret 2D/3D design documents and specifications to support field installation and QA/QC activities.
Track procurement, vendor coordination, deliveries, and assist in facilitating inspections and approvals.
3+ years of construction experience, including at least 1 year in OSM, modular, or prefabrication projects.
OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire).
Proficiency in project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to thrive in both office and field environments.
Salary: $87K – $151K (DOE)
Bonus: Individual + Company performance bonuses, plus SAUs (Stock Appreciation Units)
Per Diem: $160/day (non-taxable, begins upon site mobilization; no company vehicle or gas card)
