A correctional facility is seeking a family medicine physician for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in Jarratt, VA.

This assignment begins ASAP for 36 months with the option to extend, requiring a VA license and DEA. The schedule is MondayFriday 8:00 :30 p.m. or four 10-hour shifts, with no call. The providerMD, autonomous NP, or PAwill see 1820 adult patients per day, supported by RNs and LPNs. The practice uses paper charts with Sapphire for prescriptions, and credentialing takes about two weeks.
