Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, etc.).
• Resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Document and track customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Understand and communicate technical information related to energy services.
• Meet and exceed performance targets set by the organization.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a composed demeanor.
• Problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• A basic understanding of the Oil & Gas sector is an advantage.
