Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for German-speaking customers in the construction industry
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and order status
• Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally
• Provide detailed information and support regarding construction projects and services
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
• Communicate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Document customer interactions and feedback in an organized manner

Requirements

• Fluent in German (spoken and written)
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts
• Good understanding of the construction industry is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
