Physical Therapist (Part-Time) - Corcoran, CA

Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Correctional Facility, Corcoran, California
Pay Rate: $69.25 to $71.25 per hour
Schedule: Part-time contract for 6 to 9 months, eligible for extension

• Fridays only
• 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (10-hour shift with a 30-minute break)

Requirements

• A minimum of 12 continuous months of direct patient care experience within the last 3 years in a public or private healthcare facility
• Valid California Physical Therapy license (hard copy required)
• Valid government-issued photo ID (Drivers License or Passport)
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Demonstrated and current clinical competencies

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Physical Therapy services in compliance with CDCR institutional policies and evidence-based practices
• Provide treatment to patients upon physician referral and written order
• Render therapy services through direct access when a documented diagnosis exists
• Ensure all treatments and documentation meet clinical and institutional standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, coordinated patient care
