Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our Pediatric / NICU team in Chico, CA. This NP will provide comprehensive healthcare services to infants, children, and adolescents, supporting both acute and preventive care needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests

• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans

• Provide preventive care, including well-child exams, developmental screenings, and immunizations

• Collaborate with pediatric and NICU teams to deliver high-quality patient care

Compensation & Schedule:

• Salary: $115,000 $190,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM

• Employment Type: Permanent, onsite

Requirements:

• MUST have FNP or PNP license in California (new grads considered with Pediatric or NICU experience)

• MUST have DEA within 3 months of hire

• NRP and PALS within 6 months of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish

• Acute care pediatric and/or NICU experience

• Experience with intubation and placing emergency umbilical lines

• National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner with PNP (Pediatric) specialty
